- Your instructor status
with LifeTek needs to be current and active in order to purchase course cards.
If your instructor status has expired or been deactivated, your order will not
be processed and you will be contacted.
- If you are an
organization ordering for your instructor, you are required to type in their
name and AHA Instructor ID number in the 'Order Comments' section of the
shopping cart in order for the cards to be processed. Failure to do so, may result in a delay of your order.
- If you need cards
printed for a class you submitted into Enrollware, please make sure to comment
in the 'Order Comments' section of the shopping cart and include the course
PLEASE NOTE: While we
strive to keep adequate levels of course card inventory on-hand at all times,
in the event we cannot ship your order fully complete, we will hold your order
until all items are in stock. If you prefer to have us ship what we have at the
time you place your order, please let us know by stating so in the “Order
Comments”. Additional shipping will apply.
